This is all on the ground floor with an area of 95 square metres. It consists of a porch, a living room with a fireplace, an American style kitchen, three bedrooms (two doubles and one twin) and two bathrooms. One of the bedrooms and bathrooms is adapted for wheelchair use, as is the entrance to the cottage.
